i am communicating world peace.
There is to many problems happening in this world. some people just want to come outside, with a pair of beats or something valuable etc without having a problem in the streets. For example it was winter, and i was on my way home. I seen someone with a expensive coat (Marmot), so like 7 guys started following him. A block later they all was running the other way with the coat. All i wanted to know is why. Im guessing they took his coat because they needed it to stay warm. But then again they all had the same coats as him on. Well then i thought maybe they did it for money. They probably was going to sell the coat. But if all of them had the same coat, you would of guess they had money because that coat is expensive. I didnt see the kid after what happen, i hope they didnt hurt the kid for a coat. It was cold that day to , so i know he was cold on his way home. i dont know for sure but since the coat is expensive probably took him a while to get the coat. This is only on definition of world peace being disrupted. There are alot more definitions of this, and this is why world peace, on many levels, is so important.
this song, was made in a drum circle;me and my friends were sharing our music ideas through different instruments, and it basically shows how music creates a positive mood.
If I could change anything about the world, it be about how people are being labeled and bullied because of it. If you are into video games and books and are extremely good in school you are a dork or a teachers pet. If you are a female and have multiple guy friends then you are labeled as a hoe or what is known as a thot which means that hoe over there. There are dozen of things that you can be labeled with and majority of the time once labeled, you’ll face some type of bullying because of it. I decided to interview my sister about her experience being bullied because she was labeled and this is her story. My sister began getting bullied in third grade all the way up until eighth grade. She was the kind of student that would do really well in school and have a friendship with her teachers. When other kids saw this they decided to label my sister as an overall nerd. This label had practically became part of her name. She was known as Angie but instead known as Angie the nerd. So along with her label my sister faced other ways of bullying. Angie received the casual name callings like loser, teachers pet, a follower, and more. Not only was there name calling but she received indirect exclusion from her classmates. Her overall form of bullying was by being ignored and treated as an outcast by her classmates. The way that Angie overcame bullying was by hanging out around her teachers and reading a lot. To her, this was her safe space. This was what helped her cope with the bullying. Angie doesn’t support the idea of bullying someone because of the label that was given to them. However, she does support someone labeling themselves because thats how they identify themselves. Her message to those that have been labeled and bullied is find there safe space, find a place where you can be yourself and be comfortable. All in all, this was my sisters story and this was my message. By the time you read this I just want you to think to yourself, do you want to end this cycle of bullying?
What i am communicating is to work as a team. Becoming a team mean’s we can help change . I feel the community needs to this because we lie about team work. I want to share how we can be strong to over power negativity the supplies we need is a gear to be prepared. A team, A plan and A strong message . We all can come together and be come together.
- We actually made a formative flyer so it would be notice.
- Since our community is polluted it inspired me to do something to make it aware.
- I really do, it makes me feel good about the movement.
I used images of buildings, cars and roads that are made of solar-panels.i used that because people like to see the finished product,of what your trying to promote My message is to generate more solar-panels on buildings, cars, and roads so we can produce more clean energy....I chose this message because I feel we are destroying our planet slowly by takin all it's natural resources, when we can use energy dat the sun is naturally giving away Yes I enjoy it and I think we will become a better planet for it Well they can't be blind.... And they just need to understand right and wrong. and know how to comprehend how it will make the world a better place for everyone, and generations to come
1- The medium of expression I use is music. It covers a wide range of emotions and topics so it allows me to express myself, however I feel.
2- Our message is that poor people appreciate what they have more than people who have it all. We want people who are more fortunate to appreciate what they have more. Me and Samantha started this project by interviewing the homeless ,as uncooperative as they were, we persevered and got it done
3- I enjoyed working on this because I learned how other people live below the poverty line. It made me appreciate what I have more.
4- They just have to understand they these people don’t complain about what they have, they appreciate it even more greatly than we do, even now.
-Expressing it through arts, because I’ve always had a way of expressing our mental functions through art
-Don’t be scare of who you are and especially other people, because they are just like you,”human”, I got the message idea by a quote from a comic I read. “Not a monster , Not a boogeyman. Understand that it’s just a person - not worth devoting any nightmares to.
- They have to understand that everybody is equal
One thing I really enjoyed this summer through the programs was having a dance class because I love dancing even though I’m not very good at it . It was fun and a good learning experience even though we didn’t get to have the session more than a few times._jenny
One thing that I enjoyed about the summer is the cirque program. I was able to push myself and break out of my comfort zone. It was fun to learn tricks on the silks and hear praise from the teacher ^^
